With nearly 15 years of experience as a Product Leader, I help companies create and scale their product and design organisations. In 2011 I founded a US based crowdfunding platform and have since created or scaled the product organisations of various companies, transforming untrained individuals into teams of highly skilled, high performing product professionals that know how to meet OKRs.
